Sunday 10th September

On the second Sunday of each September it is International PBC Day.

The aim is to encourage ‘Movement as Medicine’

So I went climbing ‘the mound’ at Oxford Castle 

which was then followed by a walk around the city, passing the Radcliffe Camera

2.98 miles in total 🙂
