Saturday 18th to Wednesday 22nd July
I had a little trip out at the weekend, to the park that I sometimes visit after my volunteering duties in Oxford. I have missed both during this silly old time π
This little squirrel was a bit too friendly for my liking! He kept coming right up to my feet while I was trying to take his photo.
After colouring Robyn’s hair last month, apparently it was now time for me to give her a little trim. Maybe I could get into hairdressing as a new job πββοΈ
As always, thinking of my mum on her birthday π She would have been 90 this year π±
Here she is on the right with her brother and sister π
Some of my time of course was spent in the garden, one of my favourite things to do at the moment, it’s good for the head π€―
But I don’t like this little thing which seems to be eating my peas, a pea weevil.
I’m being told to pick them off by hand but whenever I look I can’t find any others. So this one must have a very big appetite!
In some better news, I made this little tomato and red onion salad using the basil from my garden. π€as this is growing well at the moment.
And I made this from taking different bits from all of the succulents I have around my garden.
Isn’t this a lovely idea?
It would be good to get a nice garden seat like this to go in my garden. Trouble is I don’t very often just sit out there, I always seem to find another pot or something that needs sorting!
