An excuse to spend a day at the spa!

A Body Balance class (a mix of yoga, Pilates and Tai chi), a fun Aqua Zumba class, lunch, relaxation time and then a facial and a massage.

We all had a great day 🧘‍♀️🏊‍♀️💆‍♀️
