Monday 8th to Friday 12th April

A trip to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham for my usual check up clinic appointment, which now always terrifies me 😖

And this time I have to go back in two months instead of my usual three as one of my blood results has been higher than it should be for a while now.

A great walk in the countryside on a warm sunny afternoon, 5.79 miles, which I always find very enjoyable 😀

But my poor old body did suffer when I got back.

And, anything that promotes organ donation is good news, even something simple like a postage stamp.
